Dr. Lynel Tocci has been spotlighted by WorldVets for her service and volunteer work . WorldVets has over 4000 volunteers who work hard to make their programs a success. Who are World Vets volunteers? They are veterinarians, vet techs, students, farriers and animal lovers who come together from all over the world to work on projects in developing countries. About 2/3 of the volunteers are from the US and Canada. Volunteer Spotlight gives a small glimpse into the lives and stories of some of our dedicated heroes! Dr. Tocci has been chosen to be one of the firstĀ  volunteers to be spotlighted. We are proud to have such compassionate and skilled veterinarian on the Lauderdale Veterinary Specialists team! Q: Tell us about yourself and your experience with animals?
A: I am a boarded specialist in small animal emergency critical care. I did an internship and residency at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston Massachusetts after I received my DVM at Tufts.
Q: What is a fun fact about yourself?
A: Everyone in my family`s first name begins with L.
Q: What do you love about World Vets?
A: Meeting new people and traveling to new places while providing assistance to animals in need.
